Amazing and ideal location in Spilsby, not far from Spilsby, good pubs and various restaurants, and the gardens. An absolutely spotless and huge room provided with soft pillows, excellent quality linens, for instance.

While the cozy atmosphere is charming, the noise from the nearby road can be intrusive at night, which might disrupt lighter sleepers. The seating in the room could use some comfort updates, as the chair felt a bit stiff . Lastly, there were moments during breakfast when service felt a bit delayed.

I recently spent three nights in the Beautiful Double Room Bath at The Elm Tree. Right from arrival, Jonathan's warm welcome. The room had fine decor with a cozy sitting area and thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and homemade cookies. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast each morning was a treat, with delicious options prepared by Chris. Every meal seemed made with fresh ingredients. The garden was gorgeous. One issue I faced was the chair in the room-it wasn't very comfortable for lounging. I also think adding some fruit to the breakfast spread would be a nice touch, but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the meals. I'll definitely return, as the hospitality and ambiance were great.

Just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Spilsby with very nice value for money. The suite was immaculate with beautiful views of the garden where I enjoyed watching the fledglings being fed. Go for the full English breakfast. It's worth it.

Each day started with delicious breakfasts with an excellent variety, complemented by homemade biscuits. The noise from the road during busy morning hours was somewhat noticeable, though it didn't disturb our sleep. It's worth noting that despite the bustling atmosphere, the calming presence of the hosts was good.
